6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Cancellations
All items are made to order to minimise waste and ensure every product is created especially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective or a manufacturing fault is verified.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be considered if you contact us immediately after checkout. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Reporting a Defect
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@capecloudcreative.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. We will investigate and respond promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order products cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Personalised or customised items are non-returnable unless defective.
Resolution Process
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
