Returns Policy
At Lifestyle Model Design, operated by Cape Cloud Creative Designs Ltd, all our products are made to order to ensure every piece is created especially for you. Because each item is crafted upon request, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or there is a fault resulting from the manufacturing process.
Cancellations
As all items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to assist before production starts, but we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.
Reporting a Defect
If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Email us at info@capecloudcreative.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products made to order cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or general wear and tear are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Personalised or customised items are non-returnable unless defective.
How We Handle Defective Items
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
