This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products sold through Lifestyle Model Design, including its affiliated collections and initiatives — such as The Midlife Bloomers, Comfy Cape Château, Cape Cloud Clothing, and Groovy Gadget Gloves.
Digital products and downloadable files (for example, e-books, printable journals, or self-care resources) are delivered electronically via download link or email and are not subject to shipping or customs fees.
All physical items are made to order through our print providers to minimise waste and ensure every piece is created especially for you. This sustainable process may add a brief production period before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Average estimated shipping times (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- United Kingdom & United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 2–10 business days
Delivery times vary by destination, product type, and carrier. Tracking details (where available) will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Cape Cloud Creative Designs Ltd does not collect or control these fees and cannot predict their cost. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order for up-to-date information.
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, refunds will not be issued for the item or original shipping cost, as each piece is made to order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier issues, or events beyond our control.
