We want you to love every item you purchase from Lifestyle Model Design. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return. We will be happy to assist you in the return process and provide a refund or exchange.

We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
